Atreyu still looks like a profitable and clean holding company, but after paying an NIS 85 million dividend the parent’s flexibility now depends almost entirely on Yelin Lapidot and on the pace of upstream distributions.
Atreyu gets a real management-fee saving, but in exchange it moves to a more concentrated structure in which Yosef Zeitune holds both the CEO and CFO roles while remaining deeply tied to Leader Holdings.
In 2025 Atreyu created accounting value through Yelin Lapidot much faster than it created parent-level cash: NIS 113.53 million of equity-accounted profit turned into only NIS 39.5 million of cash dividends received, while Atreyu paid NIS 85 million out to its own shareholders.
