Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to accessibility

My goal is to make Deep TASE (תל אביב לעומק) accessible to every visitor, including people with disabilities, in an equitable and respectful way. The site complies with the Israeli Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and the regulations issued under it, including the Service Accessibility Adjustments Regulations, 5773-2013, and meets Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 AA guidelines.

Current accessibility status

The site is designed and maintained with accessibility in mind, including:

  • Semantic structure (headings, navigation, defined content regions).
  • Full keyboard navigation support.
  • Screen reader compatibility (NVDA, VoiceOver).
  • Light and dark display modes.
  • Meaningful alt text on informative images.
  • Page-level language declaration (Hebrew / English) and correct directionality (RTL / LTR).
  • Responsive support for a wide range of screen sizes, mobile and tablet.
  • Respect for the operating system's prefers-reduced-motion setting for users who want to pause animations.

Accessibility menu on the site

A floating Accessibility menu button is available in the corner of every page. Opening the menu lets you toggle:

  • Text size at four steps (100% / 110% / 125% / 150%)
  • High contrast — strengthens text and borders against the background
  • Stop animations — collapses every animation and transition to near-zero duration
  • Underline all links — ensures links are distinguishable without relying on color
  • Reset — restore the site defaults

Your preferences are saved on this device (localStorage) and reapplied automatically on your next visit.

Areas that may not be fully accessible

Some parts of the site rely on third-party services and may not fully meet every accessibility requirement:

  • TradingView charts are embedded as iframes from a third-party provider. The chart content itself may not be fully accessible to screen readers; an alternative text link is provided to open the chart directly on TradingView.
  • Interactive ECharts graphs are visual by nature. The key information they convey is also described in the surrounding analysis text.
  • The market ticker tape at the top of the site is a third-party TradingView component used purely as a visual aid.
  • Embedded snippets in technical analyses may include mathematical formulas or complex tables that are only partially accessible to screen readers.

Some content uploaded over time may not be fully accessible. If you spot a gap, please let me know so I can fix it.
